Public Release Dataset

The public use version of the baseline Hurricane Katrina Community Advisory Group Study dataset is archived by the Resource Center for Minority Data at the Inter-university Consortium for Political and Social Research (ICPSR). The codebook, questionnaire, and user agreement to access the data can be downloaded on the ICPSR website at

Restricted Data Use Agreement

Due to the sensitive nature of the data, users will need to complete and submit to ICPSR an application form, a data use agreement, and a data protection plan before they are allowed to use these data.
